Victorian Sainte Anne Carved Bovine Bone Antique/ Vintage Religious Brooch
This really beautiful oval Victorian brooch has an intricately carved & pierced bovine bone design with "Sainte Anne" (St. Anne de Beaupre) in the center.  It is almost 2" x 1 3/8" in size and has the old type tube hinge and c-clasp closure at the back.
The carving is in very good condition. The pin tends to fall out of the c-clasp so the pin needs to be bent to create some tension to hold the straight pin part in place when closed. I thought it best to leave that up to the new owner. Please see all the pictures for finer detail and ask any questions that might be helpful.
