    Description

    Up for auction today is an Antique Purple Velvet Stick Pin Box With a Mother of Pearl Push Button Clasp Containing 4 Vintage/Antique Stick Pins. The pins have no bottoms; 2 pins have clear crystals; one pin has a small lavender amethyst stone and the other has a purple faceted stone set in a rose-gold tone floral pronged setting. I've had these stick pins for more than 20 years in my own collection; they are not precious gold or stones that I'm aware of, just pretty little pieces to add to your collection. The purple velvet box is from Horace N. Noyes Inc. Jewelers, 71 Merrimack St., Haverhill & 78 State St., Newburyport, Mass. The box is from an Aurora  Colorado farm estate full of very old & antique treasures.
